Throughout history there has always been a generational fashion gap.
What may be trending for one generation will not be understood by their Grandmothers or even Mothers.
I remember my Mom's concern (disappointment) when she found that I had a skimpy bikini bathing suit, hot pants and mini skirts. (1970)
I remember my Mom telling me that when she was a teenager, she had her hair "bobbed" (short haircut 1920's) and her Grandmother thought she had become a reckless woman!
Today is no exception.
I present to you FIVE fashion trends of today that would NOT be understood or accepted by our grandmothers!
1. HOLY JEANS
(and I don't mean it in a religious way)
"Why on earth," Grandma would say, "would you want to wear worn out jeans?"
